SPJP Proceedings utilizes a Double-Blind Peer Review process. This ensures that the identity of the author is hidden from the reviewer and vice versa, eliminating bias.

| Accept (Unconditional) | The manuscript is exceptional and meets all academic and formatting requirements. |
| Minor Revisions | Requires small changes (typos, citation updates, or minor clarifications). Re-review is usually not necessary. |

| Reject & Resubmit | Concept is valid but execution is poor. Encouraged to rewrite and submit as a new entry in a future volume. |
